The dental assistant that helped dr. Bayliss was excellent. I don't think words can accurately describe how attentive she was. I also enjoyed dr. Bayliss who always give great treatment which was pain free.
This was the easy part. I will be glade to do another survey after my next appointment.
The employees were very friendly. But the office was old and I felt very uncomfortable when they looked in my mouth. I complained about them hurting me and it never stopped. Only makes me even more scared of the dentist. I will be looking for a new dentist asap
I rate Meridian Dental 5 stars and I have already started referring my friends, co-workers and people in general. Keep up the good work and I look forward to coming to Meridian Dental as I know I will have a awesome experience.

I have never met a dentist and hygienist who are so compassionate and understanding as thesee two. Also Martha at the front desk has always been so helpful. I highly recommend Meridian Dental.
I don't understand why this time, for the first time, I had to pay my co-payment up-front. I'm used to paying after receiving the bill in the mail. It seems to me that my co-payment has been reduced in the past AFTER the bill has gone through my insurance company (and that's why I like to wait to pay after I get the bill in the mail). This is a minor complaint. Otherwise, five stars.
