My family actually enjoys going to the dentist which says a lot since I never liked going as a kid. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always leave feeling that my best interests were in mind for the care I've received.
I always have a good experience when I am there
I can't remember the name of my hygienist yesterday (she's due to have a baby in the spring if that's helpful), but I wanted to let you know she was great. I usually see Heather (whom I adore), but since she's on maternity leave I saw this new hygienist yesterday and found her to be wonderful.
Bridget did a terrific job as always. She is very skilled, thorough and communicative. I look forward to seeing her at each visit. Martha & the other office staff were friendly and helpful. This is the first time I had met Dr. Lee - he gave me a good exam and explained the situation well.
I was confused. I had a cavity replaced six months ago and now I was told that I would have to have a root canal and crown. Why wasn't this caught at my last visit? The exrayed that tooth the last time and was told it was fine.
Bridgett is very personable and explains what and why she is doing what she is doing on my teeth. I hope she stays with you for a long time, she is really the reason I go to your clinic - and I love Senior Dr. Bailey. I will hate when he finally decides to retire for good. He is a very, very nice man and an excellent dentist.
I called the day before, and was given an appointment the next day. The hygienist was very friendly, and my teeth looked great after!
I am pretty upset about the Invisalign retainer situation I have had to deal with. I receieved impressions in July and never heard from the office until I called in November, only to find out that we need to retake the impressions. Supposedly the office called, but failed to leave any type of message on my mobile phone. Since my insurance and I already made the necessary payments for this service and the retainer back in July, I feel a bit swindled.
