I always love going to Meridian Dental. Professional and very kind staff.
I sent the following email to the owner who followed up by saying he would not refund but would offer a fluoride or whitening treatment of which I am not interested. "Hello Dr. Trager, June 12th I had a crown put in at Meridian Dental Center, after getting my temp May 22nd. As the dental assistant was taking out my temp she accidentally broke off some of my remaining filling. Thankfully Dr. X was forthcoming with this and told me to return if it felt uncomfortable. I love this dental office and each person from the front of the office throughout. I felt safe and so warm.
Called around 8:00 am and got a new patient appointment the same day at 1:00 pm. Went in and immediately get comfortable after talking to the front desk, then onto my hygienist, Bridget, she was amazing and even fit my cleaning in!! I then met the dentist and she was super nice and explained everything very simply for me. This place is great for someone who doesn't feel comfortable at the dentist. I go back Monday for my fillings and I'm not worried one bit. Keep up the good work guys!!
I have been a patient of Meridian Dental for 6 years. The whole staff is very welcoming and professional. They provide thorough and excellent dental care. The staff is very polite and will try their best to accomodate me as a patient. I appreciate that they take time to make their patients comfortable.
I have always been given the nicest treatment by all the staff and if you're nervous about going to a dentist Meridian Dental Team is very compassionate from my experience
