Everyone is very professional. Everyone is courteous.
Hygienist over 15 minutes late. This has been my experience past three years. Gives the impression that your time is more valuable than mine. Since it takes me at least 1/2 hour to drive to clinic, I am considering changing to a clinic that is closer to my home. My husband has already made the switch.
