I came in for a replacement of a crown. I expected to be told what the process would be in its entirety. Instead, I had to ask several questions to try to understand what would be done during the process. Some questions were answered quickly, others I was told they would explain later, and during one question the dentist looked at his phone and said he had to take a call and walked off and didn’t return. I have had only the best of care with Meridian Dental. When I have a problem only a specialist can solve, I receive excellent referrals and recommendations from the practice's dentists. The office is run smoothly and professionally with very short wait times. The hygienists are very competent and caring. I enjoy the personal relationship with my hygienist.
