I want thank all the staff, I was in a lot of pain and they got me in right away. Very friendly and polite. Also did a follow-up call the next day to see how I was doing. Thank you so much

I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and I have quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to having my teeth worked on. Dr Barnes and the staff were outstanding and listened to my concerns. They were patient and kind when I needed more numbing. The bottom line is that I didn't feel like just a number being rushed through to get to the next person. My rating is EXCELLENT because the check-up is always thorough starting with the receptionist at the desk, (they are helpful in answering any question) to the hygienist cleaning my teeth (including pointing out to the Dr. Barnes that their may be a possible problem). She even took a close-up picture of the problem area and put it on the screen so I could view it. Dr. Barnes did a complete check-up and explained very well what the best procedure in what needed to be corrected. Everyone cares about each of us, meaning the heal... read more
