If I could give 0 stars I would. I have no positive words to say about Dr.dervesh or what ever his name is. I have a diagnosis of POTS and had to switch doctors due to moving. I’ve had the heart monitor I’ve had the ultrasound I’ve done the all 5 yards of everything to get this diagnosis and been on a medication for 2 years went back to establish care and get a refill on a med and was told to do the heart monitor again and have to do another ultrasound. Why repeat if I already have done it. Then refuse to fill my medication ... read more
Very frustrated with my care. Trouble getting answers about medication problems. Waiting for days for call backs. Gave up using mychart to communicate. I actually feel worse physically since going there. Mychart goes to one clinic in Ankeny and they fail to tell you it's not the Ames clinic your communicating with. I dont feel heard as a patient just pacified as they need to consult with doctors for days. As all my hair is falling out and I can't hold food down.....

I had good care off and on. When I had a procedure, they thought I was asleep unfortunately I heard what they really thought of me, its awful, I did have good care off and on, other things happened as well ...
