The staff is a joke and you don’t get treated like a human being
The male PA is amazing and knows his stuff! He was great with myself, daughter, and grandson. The social worker Karen Webb is their weakest link. Doesn't do her job abd we really should have gone after her legally for multiple reasons. If you need help with a family members mental health take them to Genesis or Iowa City. Avoid Karen and Mercy One at all costs if you truly need help!
After my doctor retired I reached out to find a new doctor, with only 3 was provided (declined by all) but plenty of practitioner (not interested) I have been forced to leave the area and go to a smaller city for my medical needs, Genesis in Dewitt. Sad that my family has to travel for our basic medical needs.
Mercy One Has a Hospital and Specialty Clinic, Home Health Services and Urgent Care Clinic as well as a Clinic
The Staff at MercyOne has always treated my family and I well and have resolved whatever it was that we had to go to the hospital for. Such as my husband had Hernia surgery and the medical staff was amazing.
