The doctors and the nurses didn't know what they were doing or sure in the hell didn't act like. And not a single one of them acted like they actually gave a damn about their patients. Glad no one was dying cause they would've died b4 anyone came in
My mom Rose Marshall had to spend a couple days on the 4th floor. The nursing staff and doctors were great with her. They didn't want her to go to the bathroom herself. She put her light on and they were right there to help her. They were all just as polite as they could be. CUDOOS to you all. And thanks for taking such good care of my mom.
I would like to thank all the mercy medical staff that helped me when I was in there on March 3, to march 7th, thanks for a job well done, I know I was in good care,
The nurses are wonderful BUT the er doctors are horrible! Would not trust them with my dog! Wait I don't have a dog so there u go! They missed a renal dissection, and when injured my wrist they said it was a sprain when in fact it was broke and needed surgery! A NP came in to see me and when I asked for a doctor I was told too bad! They suck
the nursing staff the reception area was wonderful. They took very good care of me even though you knew I didn't want to be there. But the doctors has always been a thorn in my side. They just don't have the bedside manner to show that they have an ounce of humanity and decency in their care if it weren't for the nurses people wouldn't be taken care of. Some doctors just come across as very uncaring they don't care.
Mercy has come a long way!! My husband has been here 3 times for same day surgery and once for a surgery and hospital stay. The nursing staff in surgery are amazing, as is the nursing staff on the 4th floor. They are always concerned and checking with my husband (and even me) to see if we need anything. They made his stay comfortable. Keep up the great work!
The reason I choose fair isn't because of the nursing staff, it is because of how short staffed they are. I will give you an example when you buzzed for someone it could take 20 minutes sometimes for someone to get to you and it wasn't their fault, because one night there was something like 22 - 23 to one CNA or 2 CNAs. The nurses were stretched thin also. Most of the nurses and cna's were amazing.
If it weren't for Mercy Medical Center-Clinton,I would be,like many other people.....dead.I've advantaged from their ICU,surgeons and Dialysis Unit...not to mention the Wound Care Clinic and the rehabilitation gym.Their Sleep Study Center,fistula maintenance,esophagus repair,x-rays,cat-scans...the list goes on over the past 7 years.I've never thanked them as a very well-managed,knowledgeable group before...I've thanked then individually,but it occurred to me recently that I've neglected to recognize the teamwork it takes to ... read more
