RecommendedWe are finally home! Mercy Care NICU was really the best place we could have been. They consistently offered prayer, love, knowledge & gave Daniel lots of snuggles. We are so grateful 💙💙. Thank God for Mercy care’s doctors and nurses
RecommendedI recently had hip replacement on7/2 l. Was on 3rd floor l can honestly say all the employees were great. Always pleasant and l got the best of every thing .ASHLEY, AMY,and all the rest including the students, OTAND PT INCLUDED.
I can say from personal experience, that Mercy has the ER personnel by far. They do all they can to meet your needs.
RecommendedI spent 6 day with my son and his body after he was declared brain dead while waiting to donate his organs. Dr Alvarez and all the nurses were absolutely amazing. Most of the nurses had cared for my son before when his diabetes had gotten out of control. They shared stories of how kind my son was to them. They took such loving care of him through everything until the end. I am truly grateful for all the wonderful Mercy workers who lined up for the Honor Walk when he was wheeled to the OR to donate several organs and tissue. ... read more
after being a patient of Mercy doctors and hospital for 24 plus years, it is clear that they have changed. while it is of no doubt that some of their staff are very talented and caring, it is clear that the focus of the overall organization is not in it's patient's wellbeing. assembly line medicine where the patient doesn't matter and heaven forgive you if you are a spouse trying to support your wife going through cancer. This place is the worst. I'm running a temp during the day of 102 my throat is killing me. So we go in just to make sure I didn't get an infection from the procedure done the prior Monday (endoscopy). So I tell her I was taking Nyquil for pain and sleep and she was like "why would you take that" I'm like because if it's viral that's what that's for.
