The staff was so nice, all of them, they explained the procedure, took time with me, and cared!
From the moment I walked in the front door at Mercy, I and the best care and service. Couldn't have asked for a better place to have my ankle surgery! 😊
I was very impressed. Wonderful, attentive care, nice friendly staff. Such an improvement from the same procedure elsewhere. I had to wait a while, but they were very busy!
