RecommendedFrom the pre-admission to the discharge process, we had an excellent experience. Everyone was very professional, friendly, accommodating and organized. Mercy was, by far, the best hospital experience we have ever had.

I was scheduled to have surgery, needed pmnt plan, no one called me back throughout the week, showed up this morning and waited 30 minutes to be told they're canceling the surgery. I had the bloodwork done and paid for, rearranged my work schedule all for NOTHING. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding, I will never use this facility.
Too cold especially in the lobby for seniors like my 92 year young Mother. Don't really care to have a TV blasting away either, I would have been much happier without it on at all.
My husband had knee surgery yesterday and we were both a little anxious. From the moment we walked in we were met with information and kindness. The Doctor and nurses made sure we had all of our questions answered. Pain has been minimal and easily controlled.
I typically dont care for mercy...but this was for my 15 yr old grandson and they were beyond fantastic...i recommend then to anyone they were all so kind and it took alot longer for the patient ahead of us and everyone was so kind it was a great experience...thank you all...and today they called and checked on my grandson
Brought my fiancé due to what he thot was a broken ankle but luckily NOTHIN was broken. Just torn ligaments n a very very swollen foot/ankle = KANKLE. Went in early (7:30am) n got ckd in n off we went into a room. Zero waiting. Staff was super great. Was in n out in about 3 hours. Thanks mercy for the great staff on board. Keep up the good work.
