As someone who is chronically ill, I have been to many many doctors throughout multiple health organizations over the years. I have dealt with the good and the bad. I had an MRI appointment at 3:00 pm today August 27, 2025. I came earlier and checked in and sat until 4:00 pm. They said that they FORGOT that I was here sitting in a room for one hour. Wow !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS!!! I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO TRINITY FOR ANYTHING !!!!
Bob Peterson is the absolute best nurse at Shelby. He’s always welcoming, friendly and empathetic. Over the years, he’s helped my family several times. If we end up in the ER, we always hope to see Bob. He’s a great guy, I recommend Shelby because of him.
All staff is friendly! Dr. Wagner is great!
