So a lot of people nice but my tech did not make you feel like you should. I will not talk bad about anyone( this is my first reviews ever) I would have like to be treated with respect, in a hard situation! I pray for you ! Go to muskegon for your mammogram!
Nurses were awesome, kudos to the doc with the needle and thread, but I just noticed something. I was in an exam room with only one other person, a nurse. I told her something and it made it back to my brother, word for word. Hippa and patient privacy are ignored here. Would it make since to turn off the lights if a patient is complaining of some sort of epilepsy as well? If the patient states that they are confused and can only explain it as epilepsy, why wouldn’t you turn off the lights and come back in 5 minutes to see if... read more

Took my 89 year old mother to the ER at Shelby because her doctor called and told her to go to the ER. While everyone was friendly and did their best, the ER nurse on shift on this afternoon of 2/10/2025 whose name I didn’t get, was harsh! She literally ripped mom’s IV out of her arm and when blood squirted everywhere she nonchalantly said “ Oh you won’t die from losing a little blood but she might pass out. “ Then she added , “I don’t even know why you came here.” I simply said because her doctor told her too!
