The most incompetent providers I have ever met. Did not provide any care because there was no present fever over 104 and to go home. “People get sick” speaking about a 3 year old they didn’t even know how to properly administer zofran. This facility is a joke.

Healthcare workers need to be retrained on Dignity & Respect for there customers. The older lady with short dyed blonde hair from CT was disrespectful to me in front of another male co-worker. I don't like being treated like a child. We pay for our healthcare and not for the attitude. We WILL NOT RETURN TO ANY TRINITY HEALTHCARE FACILITIES!!!!
Rude, dismissive to potentially serious symptoms without follow through testing,got major attitude when confronted about it and removed person advocating for patient
