Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I have two different home health nurses One for occupational and one for physical therapy and they’re both really nice. They both listen they care about my well-being and they’re great with my kids. Best experience I’ve ever had.
If you are considering hospice services with Mercy Health Home Care by Compassus, please look elsewhere! Since Compassus took over management, the care is disorganized and very poorly run. We spent three months hoping the care for my father-in-law would get better. We would call with an emergency situation and no one would call back or come until 6-8 hours later.
