I just learned this hospital was directly responsible for the death of Neil Armstrong... one of humanity's most revered and iconic figures... this group was then so scared of the backlash, that they used a pseudonym in the legal documents referring to him as Ned Anderson. Cant tell you how angry this makes me... Don't go to this hospital if you can help it.

I’ve never had a bad e perimeter. Since my first visit to their ER I won’t go to a different hospital unless it’s needed. My dad also spent two weeks at Mercy Fairfield on the 5th floor he struggles from radiation induced dementia so he gave the nurses a run for their money but they remained calm, polite, and humble the whole two weeks. Nobody wants to stay in a hospital but if it’s a must then I would definitely recommend Mercy Fairfield
Fire 2 of your employees. Jennifer and Madi Perry. They are horrible, disrespectful people who fake who they are on the outside and are evil on the inside. I feel sad for any patient who has to deal with either of them. They come across as nice people, but will stab you in the back as soon as you turn around. They are a mother / daughter duo who will destroy anyone that they feel isn't up to their standards!
This place is a freaking joke. Sit in the waiting room for over an hour just to see someone to check my husband’s IC. Not a single doctor has seen him since the one he had retired few yrs ago. No wonder he doesn’t want to keep his appts or make appts unless he’s in dire need of his meds. This place sucks! 😑

I just went to the hospital back in February at 7:30pm for high blood pressure and it wasn’t that busy. I waited 4 hours and was never seen by a doctor. I left at 11:30pm to have a family member take me to another hospital. I received a $2532 bill in the mail and was NEVER treated or seen by a doctor!!!! Unbelievable...I’m trying to dispute it.
Will not be coming back here. They do not care for their patients. You leave in the same condition you went there for. They don't inform you of anything. I left with a high blood pressure and they did nothing to help get it down. Dr's are rude. One bluntly asked me what I wanted the ER to do. What kind of question is that when they already know your symptoms. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. As I see in the comments they have no desire to change or care to respond.
