Left there tonight from 4 Tower to come home by transportation paid for by my insurance. Two vans came after me I was gone when the second one arrived. The nurses on 4 Tower called my home my cell number and my emergency contacts. When I answered their calls the nurses were glad to hear I was not in a ditch somewhere! Thank you UTS Medacare transport!
I had surgery to repair some after effects of a stroke. patient cate was minimal. Housekeeping was non existant. Medical stagf could not agree on besy care plan. My wife and eldest daughter had to do patient care and housekeeping. Oh yes, they killed Neil Armstrong and tried to pay everybody off to cover it up.
I cannot possibly express my eternal gratitude for this hospital, the nurses, doctors and staff. My Dad was in your care for the past two weeks. CVU: All of you are absolutely amazing. Your level of skills can only be outdone by your true compassion and commitment to patient care. Please know you will all hold a special place in our hearts forever. Bravo, rockstar team!

Their WiFi password for the medical staff is : Medical911. That is the password to access patients records. The access to the biohazard waste is 513. Or 153. The access to the medical records department is 142. That gives full access to the hard copies of ALL patient records. 174 is the access to narcotic medication next to the MRI department, for medical procedures. Down In the basement (down from the ATM machine) close to cafe but exit LEFT from the elevator; the code to the biological hazards is 513.
We had a good experience at Mercy ER . My husband had a kidney stone and was in severe pain. The staff immediately understood the pain he was in and administer the appropriate medicine
