The medical staff is great, but waiting 8+ hours post op for a room is crazy. We've been waiting for the past 2 hours for room to be cleaned "in the next 15 minutes". I'm not sure who to even talk to about this type of situation.
Care was fine but discharging after severe sepsis at 10 pm is a bit ridiculous. Called nursing supervisor to see what the deal was, was told she has nothing to do with that and the charge nurse would call me back. Still waiting on a call. The picc line order has been in since 530 pm yesterday and just now getting completed and told discharge was immediately after. No one seems to be able to help.
Horrible. Dr that seen me I found out has only had her license for 5 months. No wonder she didn't care that I was in severe pain and waiting for 6 hours in the waiting room literally crying. Then told me my ct scan & labs showed nothing when the nurse told me I had an inflamed liver and crystals appearing in my urine. Was there from 8p to 345am for NOTHING. She offered to admit me for pain management? WTH? Went to urinologist the next day that diagnosed me immediately, gave me some anitspasmatic bladder pills and antibiotic.... read more
The birth unit handled our twins delivery perfectly. Thank you to the employees of the labor and delivery unit. You have been awesome to us and our newborn children.
