Disappointed in this location. My husband went to establish care, had a lot of labs done, which takes a lot for him to do since he has really bad anxiety about needles. We waited and waited for results to post. He contacted them to see what might be the hold up and was told some labs take longer. After a week and no labs, he messaged them and was told the lab canceled the labs. We contacted the lab and were told the physician canceled them. My issue is when blood was drawn, it was canceled before going to quest diagnostics. I was told several days after the specimens were taken that sometimes it takes longer for certain tests to come back. Then was contacted to retake bloodwork. I called quest diagnostics and they stated the bloodwok specimens were canceled from the provider(mercy). I am not satisfied, so will go to another provider that is not mercy.
Dr getting is amazing! She takes the time to listen, she makes sure all of your questions are answered as well as gives helpful information/feedback back. Would definitely recommend.
