great place to take your fur baby..friendly and good care given ..answer all question and concer..never feel rushed ...and price are very reasonable ...be sure and give then a try
I love it. This is my first visit and I love the staff, the hospital OMG the smell is wonderful. The nurse was so professional and patient with us. She game us all the information that we need to know. Dr. Charley was so good and nice. Thank you guys.
Dr. Jones and staff are awesome! They took exceptionally good care of my kitty. They are very patient with worried pet parents!
Because of their greed, they sent me and my dog who desperately need surgery away because I didn't have $2000, I offered to make payments and they wouldn't work with me. My poor baby ended up dying. Obviously animals are not their # 1 choice, MONEY talks ! Shame on you, you have lost a customer and hopefully many more will check around first! Found a place near peachland (Brown Creek )that was going to do the same surgery for $500-700, but unfortunately since Mercy sent us away, they delay cost us her life. Shame on you Dr J... read more
I found out about Mercy Animal Hospital through a friend when I moved back to Charlotte from Boone, NC. I was looking for an affordable, upfront vet that cared about each animal, and I definitely found that in Mercy Animal Hospital. I have recommended them to several friends who now take their animals there too, and love it. My cat is a total nightmare at the vet and has to be put to sleep just so the vets can work on him- they are so patient about it! Dr. Jones is awesome and all the techs are great too. I had two sick kittens I brought in and they took great care of them! One ended up having to be put to sleep and they were very caring during that time. Dr jones is amazing and the staff is very sweet!
The people here are so nice and our fur babies love them!
