I myself have never had great experiences with my local vets. We actually lost a pet because of ones judgement. I live maybe 5 minutes from my local vet, but drive 40 minutes or more depending on traffic to take my baby to Mercy. My Fred Thomas blocked back in January and it was a touch and go situation, but Dr. Jones and his staff took wonderful care of my baby. Well, with another visit under the belt of the infamously famous Steeler Fernandez (has his Own page), he is in good shape. Love love love Mercy Animal Hospital!!! Dr Charles Jones, Nicole, LeAnn and everyone else there behind the scenes make an awesome team. I live only minutes away, but there is no where else i would go. Steeler has lived to the ripe young age of nine and Mercy Animal Hospital helped him get there. If you need an AWESOME vet, Dr Jones is it.

Best vet ever! Pricing is fair, always upfront. Dr. Jones is a caring man who has shown honesty and grace while giving us not so pleasant diagnosis of two of our beloved dogs.
