Everything. Dr Jones loves his patients and cares for their humans as well. He teaches us how to take care of our beloved fur babies and he even showed a picture of what was going on inside of my baby so I can better understand. He doesn't price gouge you. They give you an estimate on what the cost will be and don't make you feel like the worst possible person because you can't afford everything all at one time. I highly recommend his practice at Mercy Animal Hospital.
We love Dr. Jones! He saved Pearl back in the day, and we have entrusted the rest of our fur babies to him as well...Hunter, Cletus, Brooklyn, and Macy! The staff is always attentive to our babies' needs and take real good care of them. We are happy knowing Dr. Jones really cares about the animals he sees.
