I am in tears as I write this review. The feelings of devastation and unbelievable pain due to Dr Jones’ negligence in providing the appropriate medical care for my 4yr old rescue dog has left him with a death sentence. I went to Mercy Animal Hospital in Indian Trail as it was clean, the staff seemed friendly and I assumed my beloved animals would get the care necessary to keep them healthy. RecommendedWe took our brand new puppy there for her second round of puppy shots and I couldn’t have asked for more! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Sailor loved all the attention. I definitely won’t be taking my puppy anywhere else.
I love the doctor and his staff they are so caring and the office is always accomodating with my schedule. I am so glad I found them.

Incredible!! We absolutely love Dr. Jones and his staff. They have been with us during regular checkups and health scares and Dr. Jones and his staff were not only knowledgeable but so caring towards us, we would never go anywhere else!
I highly recommend them! Dr Jones and his staff have taken such great care of our Bella for 10 years and we just recently had to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge due to illness and they were right there for us. Its one of the hardest decisions to make . They knew how much she meant to us and sent us a sweet note with her paw print they had made for us an we were so grateful for that ! went in with emergency and they were quick and efficient. super kind as this is a rescue and they waived their exam fee.
The most wonderfully helpful and loving staff!! Very compassionate and patient!! Definitely recommend Mercy Animal Hospital!! 😊💐💖👍🏻
