I always loved Mercury’s coffee, even though they have always been expensive. I recently had a horrible experience at the fall city stand. As a barista, I never send complaints because I know how it would feel to get one. Anyways, I sent a few emails into corporate about my experience hoping to hear that the problem had at least been resolved. But of course I’ve heard nothing. Obviously their customers opinions do not matter at all, and I will never continue my service at Any of the stands again. 👎🏼

After being overlooked for awhile, I repeated 4 times that I wanted the pear blue cheese pizza. I received anything but that pizza, made them aware of the error they offered to correct it but there were 3 pizza orders in front of mine (at least 20 minutes). I was in a hurry and had already waited, asked for the turkey Beecher sandwich. Was given a ham sandwich, I asked for my money back and they couldn’t give it to me. Love the new place in Bellevue. We gor to sit in a lovely sunny corner and enjoyed lunch....a ham and brie sandwich, fresh orzo salad and a matcha smoothie. Have been a fan of Mercury and will definitely be back.
