On 7th May 2019, I had an appointment with Dr. Thomas Bills @ Mercer Bucks Orthopedics for a swollen left knee. At first I was seen by a nurse and then by the doctor's PA who advised me to do an X-Ray. After that, the PA gave me 2 options for treatment of which I chose one. All this while, I kept thinking that the doctor would be busy and will come in anytime soon. As a new spine patient I've received nothing but compassionate, excellent care. My doctor is taking the least invasive measures first to correct damages and explains everything clearly. I have multiple interfering medical issues so I know I'm not an easy case. Their knowledge and skills have begun to help me towards healing.
9/26/2018 - I wrote this complaint to the actual doctor's offices. doubt it will make a differrence, so I'm sahring with all of you.... Last year i had to under go a hip replacement Dr Asst was my doctor an i must say he is the best!!! i was up an walking in a week an needed very little assistance.Thank you Dr Asst for getting me back on the right foot. Lelia McCants
