I live in a new build that is approaching 1 year and warranty. I had Dave come out and inspect our system to make sure everything was working as designed. Dave is the man!! I thought my A.C. went out last week and thought I was in for a huge bill!! It turned out to be a loose wire and he fixed it for free. How many companies would have tried to hit me up for a new A.C.??? I can bet you most of them for sure. Now he has a customer for life!! Thanks Dave!!
You won't need to find another A/C guy again!! We had a wonderful experience and we love their conservative, cost effective approach to cleaning, maintenance and repairs. They work outside of the Home Warranty bubble so they actually get the job right and done the first time. Timely, friendly, and excellent service. Thank you!! I've even recommended them to some other frustrated friends and they took excellent care of them.
