This place is by far the worst service I’ve received anywhere EVER! I brought in my car for a airbag switch. Mind you, they are the one who keep contacting me to come in and switch that airbag. So I schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I bring my car in on that appointment date 11/25 at 1 PM the day before thanksgiving, I was told that I can get my car back in 2 to 3 hours. When I call them at 4PM no one answered. When they finally pick up the phone, I kept getting transferred. So by 7 pm, I started to worried so... read more

RecommendedProbably the best service department around. It is why I own my GLC 300. Service advisors are always courteous and thorough and technicians do their best to complete service on time. And although I have had a couple of issues over the nearly 7 years I have driven vehicles from this dealership, they have always made things right 110% of the time!
