RecommendedWe drove from Savannah to look at an E450 cabriolet because the Savannah dealership wouldn't match their advertised price. after getting to Mercedes-Benz of Orlando, we were glad we made that decision. Brian, our sales person, was super friendly, knew about every bell and whistle the car had, and made the whole process as painless as car buying can be. We will gladly make the 4 hour drive again when it's time to upgrade.
RecommendedThe experience that I had at Mercedes-Benz of Orlando was much better than any other car purchase experience I have ever had in the past. Much of that is due to the friendly and courteous staff there, which includes the salesman, Terrance Lee, and Edmond Grigoryan who assisted me with the finance. RecommendedEverything. I went to the other big Mercedes dealership in Orlando and was disappointed and almost gave up on getting a Mercedes all together. A friend suggested that we try this dealership and I was so happy that I did the staff was great and kudos to Victor and Claudia for making it happen

If wouldn’t be for Rafael (my Service Rep since I bought my car three years ago), I would give a low score for Customer Service for the last time I’ve used Maitland Dealership service (this week). Rafael made up for all the mistakes other people did and I am happy with his constant outstanding Customer Service skills, going above and beyond to make his customers pleased with the services this location is offering. Big shout-out to Elizabeth F. in Sales (or maybe she's a receptionist, both times I encountered her she was at the front desk) for CONTINUALLY STIFFING HER DELIVERY DRIVERS. I mean, we're only risking our health to deliver people their food during a PANDEMIC, being paid like servers which means TIPS COMPLETE OUR WAGES, and USING OUR OWN GAS & MILEAGE for the job, but okay Elizabeth, you keep going ahead and keep STIFFING YOUR DRIVERS. I am so disappointed with Mercedes Benz of Orlando. Preparing to return my leased vehicle, I noticed they’d sold me a 4 year policy of a 3 year lease. The tire alignment my service advisor told me wasn’t covered was indeed covered. Prior to taking my car back, I spoke to two people who told me that no policy covered an alignment. The finance guy also told me I was wrong until I showed him after which he told me it was probably too late to do anything.
