The Service here is horrible I will start going to the next Mercedes Benz dealership. Their detailing service isn’t good. They keep your car all day to do little to no detailing or car wash. I took my car in for Service B I don’t know what they did but it look like it took them less than 2 hours to get my car out the shop. New service spot for now on.
My vehicle was brought in for service B and a wheel alignment sales special. I took advantage of the alignment since there was a promotion offered. After being service my vehicle drive FAR WORSE than before. Wobbling along the highway (which was not happening previously) and a sway warning ⚠️ now flashes randomly. My vehicle was NOT being serviced for any prior issues but scheduled annual maintenance.
