I'm taken care of very well every time I made a visit.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Dom Johnson at MB of Seattle to purchase our GL450. I must admit that I do not like the car buying experience.....until now. I myself am in high tech sales so I am sensitive to sales games and tactics. Dom was great to deal with from our initial conversation on the phone to the day we drove our beautiful car off the lot. It was actually a pleasure buying a car from him. I would highly recommend asking for Dom at MB of Seattle if you are looking for a new or used Benz.
After several issues and no follow through I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. We were treated as a number and I can tell you they don't give a crap about the customer after they get their money.
Mercedes Benz of Seattle is the Best. Can't say enough about this classy dealership. Phil Petty (salesperson) and John Glover (Service manager) are very professional and are genuinely interested in you and your car. I've bought 5 cars from them and never ever have I had a problem with the service.
