Im going to walk you guys through my worst experience trying to buy a car. I live in pasco wa drove to seattle to visit a friend and got rear ended, my car was deemed totaled and i had to get a replacement asap. My husband and I purchased a 2017 GMC Yukon from this dealership in December. We purchased this vehicle online and unseen, we trusted the ads and our salesman, therefore purchased this vehicle and had it shipped to California. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes vehicle from MB Seattle. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with the customer service I have received from my sales associate.
