I have had a very bad experience with your service department. We have spent thousands on repairing our vehicle with roughly 70K miles on it, but are still having the same issues. At this point it is obvious that you are either incompetent, or you just don't care. We will be taking our vehicle to another Mercedes dealer.
RecommendedGreat location with excellent sales consultants and staff. I purchased a trade-in vehicle from here. Had a wonderful experience with Michael Franzi - we communicated over text/phone and after two in-person consultations we were sold! Michael treated my family like his own and went the extra mile to make sure (multiple times) we were taken care of. I really appreciate this team's efforts, and hopefully someday soon will be back for an upgrade :)
Absolute best experience ever. Incredible service where you feel welcomed no matter what. I highly recommend John creseto, He has alot of experience and knowledge and is incrddubkt caring and friendly.

My first visit visit. I scheduled an appointment for 7:00 am. As a waiter. It took 4 1/2 hours to get the transmission on my Smart reprogrammed. Wasn’t expecting such a long wait.
