SF Benz called me a few times to see the car I was interested in. When I got there, the car was in the body shop and not available. Waste of time.
Not good make an appointment never call
No pressure selling, they have excellent customer service and answer all questions well. They do make follow up you are still interested. Will considering buying from this dealer.
Great service. I think that the single misg important thing I associate with SF center is finding used cars with low mileage previously owned by quality folks and who are worth investing in. I liked a car 3 years old with 5000 miles only , looking almost new with them repairing minor scratches of leather seat etc and for a 22K price reduction compared to the same car new model. Dealership was friendly and clean. Jimmy was great and answered all my questions.
I want to shout out Mark, Kevin, and Jimmy. These three gentlemen made my experience phenomenal. This was the first time I have purchased a car, and they ensured it went smoothly. Mark had excellent communication skills, consistently kept me in the loop, and was also assisting in my best interest. Kevin has great energy and reassured me of many of my anxieties about my big purchase. Jimmy helped finalize the sale and made me feel comfortable.
