This dealership is the same dealership when I had warranty issues 2 years ago but have gotten worse. They are still not honoring warranty issues. I purchased a battery from them 2 years ago for 300 dollars and they said it was out of warranty and they would not replace it. The battery only was 3 years old! If a Mercedes was such a quality battery why didn't they honor it? I drove into the dealership and delt with Bryan Pineda in service. I told him the battery was dead.
