Avoid this dealer, if you really believe in transparency and value your time. Upon my arrival, the receptionists called Jenn (sales manager) and informed her about me, but she kept asking me to wait. Despite my patience, she never showed up. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the high standards of service I expect from a brand like Mercedes.
