I got great service. I had a problem with my SUV not starting and Drake made sure to keep in in the shop until he was sure that nothing was wrong with it. In the meantime, I had a great loaner vehicle to drive. I got my vehicle back and it is now working wonderfully!
We recently had a problem with our car and needed to take it in for servicing. Rafael was our service rep this time. He was absolutely wonderful. He returned calls in a timely manner and kept us updated on the progress, from the diagnostics through completion. He was always polite and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend Rafael for his unsurpassed customer service.
