If you own a smart car don't take it here to get anything done. I set an appointment to fix a shifting problem I was having, 3 1/2 hours later they come back and tell me that they need to order a new clutch kit and cost of all parts and labor would be just shy of 4,000. I smelled that something was wrong so I decided to take the car to a local shop that specializes in European cars. All the car needed was an update and 90 dollars later my car was running fine. great dealership, recently had my wife's GLK in for service, fixed everything but the noise in the rear but they are working on it.
Went on vacation from NJ to FL and had a problem with my CLA. Stopped by MB of Orlando, Maitland and met Joe Schimborski of service and he was very professional. He had me in and out in a loaner car, as he knew I was on vacation. that's customer service. No hassle and no inconvenience. Job well done.
Funny thing great vehicles. Only problem I have is the people. Me and my mom didn't feel to welcome the first time around. But second time around much more welcome. But had a touch of lack of attempted damage control.
