After leaving the shop with the estimate drove back home purchased 2 front tires which was needed. My wife takes the car drives around town. A few hours later she sends my daughter in the house to tell me the car is hard to stop and its hard to steer. Ok. I'm thinking it's the battery which i knew she needed. Went to pepboys , purchase a battery. Slap it in the car. Started it up. Red battery light comes on the dashboard. I'm thinking let it reset itself. NOPE. Smell burning rubber. Pop the hood. I want to thank Michael Tayefeh, Service Manager, for the excellent service he was able to accomplish on my wife's new CLA250. She heard a slight rattle that was diagnosed as a detailed problem in the engine. It was repaired with great care & the car is running 100% now. She had loaner cars during the whole time her car was in the shop. Very very thankful for the super care you provided.
Met Ivan Bravo on Saturday and I must say, this was the simplest purchase of a car I have ever done. It took longer just picking out the right car. If you want to purchase a Mercedes, go and see Ivan Bravo. The whole team I met with were amazing! Thank you for making my experience world class!
Thanks to Drake Grable my experience getting my car serviced was fantastic. I usually dread it. From the start, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He treated us like family. I particularly was appreciative of his explanations of needed procedures. Usually, service writers think because you are female, there is no use for explanations. He reviewed everything to be done and answered all questions. It feels like I have a new family member at Mercedes. Drake was terrific -- a very nice person, indeed! Many thanks.
I have to say that just when I thought good customer service was dead, Rafael Pena restored my faith that good costumer relations are possible. He went above and beyond for me and I have been a loyal Mercedes for many years, and because of people like him, I'll remain so. Thank you for caring! P.S. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that the replacement key for my car is going to cost over $500. I accepted higher cost of maintenance for these cars, but that is outrageous. Adam Collins
