My 2017 Smart, purchased at MBO when it was a brand dealer, was picked up and delivered for its first regular service. Left me a loaner car...MB CLA250. Very nice! All work was completed in a timely fashion and the car was returned in good order. Would have given 5 stars, instead of 4, if the price was more reasonable. What amounts to a rather routine oil change, plus various operational checks, resulted in a charge of nearly $380. For a car of this caliber, that amount is highly excessive.

I very highly recommend mr Terrance Lee. After I missed out on a few cars and then changed my mind about what I was after, he was able to bring in the car I wanted. He was excellent from start to finish and went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure the delivery went smooth. Before and after the sale.
