It took 3 weeks for my Illuminated Star to be installed due to communication gaps and other issues. Only Houston went above and beyond to ensure that he gets to the bottom of the problems instead of passing me around to different areas. He took ownership of everything! I may consider upgrading my next car for another Mercedes because of him. Mr. Houston, hopefully you can share best practices to your teammates and the entire crew!
