Ted Kypreos is awesome and has been my service person on and off for over ten years. That being said, there were several hiccups prior to Ted in terms of getting my car that were frustrating. Hence, they have some work to do to catch up with their counterpart on Atlantic Av.

Typically my visit is great but yesterday I had to wait 3 hrs. for an oil change! Too much miscommunication!

Thank you to Chad, Huston and the service staff at Mercedes Benz of Orange Park. Everyone did a great job in resolving my concerns and returned the car to me quickly. I would not take my car anywhere else for service. These guys are the best!
