I had a great experience dealing with Service adviser Kayla. The car had an issue that was hard to diagnose and they stuck with it and figured it out. The car was originally brought in under the last few days of its warranty and the same problem(check engine light code) occurred 7 months later and fixed it even though the car was out of warranty by more than 6 months. They provided a brand new loaner car while the repairs were getting made. My next car will likely be from MB Orange Park.

My wife and I had a great experience with buying a new 2017 Mercedes GLE350 at Mercedes of Orange Park. We are only 5 miles from the Mercedes dealership on Atlantic Blvd, but we chose to drive the extra miles to work with Kyle Labriny.
