What started out as a good experience of communication and follow up quickly went south, as soon as I made payments. Following which, I pretty much have to chase up on the status of the processing of my long-distance purchase. Absolutely zero communication until I chase up through calls and emails. This is the second ML350 we've purchased at Mercedes Benz of Oakland and the purchase could not have gone smoother. The staff there is so friendly and easy going. Ted, who assisted us in both our purchases made the process so easy.

Made an appointment and when I went to purchase the car, they couldn’t sell it. They stated there was something wrong with it and could not sell it but offered to sell a more expensive one. Wasted my time.
