This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Oakland and Mercedes-Benz of *** *********. I hate to haggle about price but will only accept a fair deal. I understand sales people have to make money as well and they don't work for free. I purchased a Mercedes from Oakland Mercedes-Benz in February of this year, 2019. We have experienced several examples of unethical behavior, resulting in us being ripped off. When we purchased the car, we paid for a paint sealant for the outside of the car. However, the work was not performed even though we were assured it had been. Very friendly staff. They were able to work with us and eventually we made a deal. Mark was very helpful and professional and not pushy at all.
Everyone was exceptionally nice, I live about an hour from Oakland so Mercedes Benz of Oakland sent a car to my home to bring me to the dealership. I bought the car I contacted them about and will recommend them to all my friends,
