At our first arrival it seems like nobody notice our presence, than I look for my sales representative from my previous call and everything went so well, we are so please for the purchase thanks to CarGurus to find me the perfect car.

Good Selection & Service Mercedes of Oakland has a good selection of beautiful Mercedes. Their sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very helpful and answer questions without being overbearing sales persons. I like that all of their parts are Mercedes parts. Their service department closes early and sometimes it takes a while to get to the front of the line and retrieve the one piece we need.
Good customer service
I was in the middle of purchasing a vehicle and they sold it to a walk-in customer who arrived after my purchase had begun. Very disappointing sales team.
I bought my car within 2 hours w my own pricing. No issues. Easy to work with compared to other dealerships I’ve worked with in the past. Very happy with my car and they’ve already followed up twice within a week to see how I’m doing.
