I bought my first Mercedes here in 1991. My experience with service was always excellent until last year when my 2023 Mercedes PANIC STOPPED in traffic. My usual service reps had quit and I was assigned to James Fantone. I explained the frightening experience we had with the car the day before and HE SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR AN INSPECTION even though the car was fully covered by the Warranty.
