Service departments great , sales department sell to you CPO vehicle with scratches every were some of them you have bring mat to lay down on the ground or Squat down to see it ,certified pre own vehicle supposed to be like new but not the case with my son car. Mersedes of Jackson refused to fix it
first and foremost the product you can't anything better second the people the service yes they want to make money but the way they want to make money by keeping you as a value customer see i know because i'm one of their value customer see i just purchase my second benz in less than 3 yrs so real talk would like to thanks anthony chamber and justin with the staff and service they give me and a big up to the gift shop great people thanks mercedes of jackson ms
