I bought a 26 GLE and it had problems from the factory I took it in and the service department told me many customers had the same issues and it just supposed to do that but I told them not all of them do that rolling noise when you come to a stop sign very annoying. The GM said to turn up the radio so I wouldn’t hear it. I am writing to provide an update on the situation concerning my 2015 CLS 400. Extremely professional and welcoming staff. I purchased my S63 from out of state and flew into town to pick it up. The staff was accommodating and willing to lend any travel assistance needed. Will likely make the trip to MS to buy my next MB from MB of Jackson.
