I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Ms. Pam, Mr. Phil, and “Moe” were true professionals throughout the whole process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating all the way to the end, even the gentleman at the end who explained our extended service options. I love out of state and still would and will make that drive in the future to do business with MBOJ!

I recently purchased my dream car from Mercedes-Benz of Jackson. My niece Alexis Lewis and myself are extremely pleased with the timely manner in which the sales person handled my purchase of my Audi A8L. Customer service was impeccable and Mr. James Crossley deserves five stars for the concern he displayed throughout the smooth transition in delivering the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership if seriously considering purchasing a quality luxury automobile.
I will take my Mercedes to the Walmart service center before ever taking it here again. No integrity, dishonest and incompetent. Shame, because I’ve had five stars service at the roadside level and Fort Walton Beach. I said I’d never come here again, yet here I am. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
