Service center never picks up their phone. Why have a phone line if you don’t pick up the phone or return voice messages? The moral in this service center appears to be very low. Is it management or just crappy customer service? When you bring a vehicle to a service center the expectation should be to get updates. Am I asking too much here? Maybe for the extreme cost of parts/ labor you could get a friendly smile and good customer service.
My mom and I currently pending to here from g.m. on pending purchase to be resolve!
The service department is deceitful. Car was in for over a month for a 2 hour fix. They left the window open and it rained. When I called them out on it they acted defensive and said maybe I left the window open. I have been there 3 times on 3 different occasions, ignored all 3 times until I approached somebody for service. One of the service representatives passed 2 feet from my wife and I, didnt say a word then came back annd sat back down to go on his phone. Whoever’s answering the phone in the service department needs a reality check. Don’t work with the public if you have a nasty attitude because I’m definitely the one that will check that immediately….
My company bought a mercedes from this dealership years ago. Getting service done there used to be wonderful. However, the employees are so rude and unhelpful there now, that we don't want to repurchase a Mercedes ever again. A service error code popped on our vehicle, so we called the service department.
