Terrible Sales and After-Sales Experience – Misled and Abandoned I recently leased a Mercedes EQE 350+ from this dealership and I’m unbelievably disappointed with the entire experience — from misleading sales tactics to a complete lack of follow-up or support. During the leasing process, I was deciding between the EQE 350+ and the GLE 450e. The salesperson misinformed me by saying the GLE’s electric range couldn’t be used daily, which influenced me to go with the EQE. Arguably the worst car dealership in the United States. This is no exaggeration! The General Manager James White and Finance Director Gabriel Boyd are both unprofessional and will NEVER return your call. I can't believe a company that is owned by Lithia Motors, Inc can tolerate this type of mistreatment to paying customers. This dealership should be shut down IMMEDIATELY with emergent management change. Otherwise, this dealership is headed towards dissolution and bankruptcy with due time.
