I have never dealt with ruder or cheaper sales people. My new Van - (11 miles on it - never registered) had no manuals- asked for manuals - we don’t supply manuals for a used car ...(they are $28 on eBay) it also had no spare tire - yeah we noticed that - just did not tell me ... I was planing to drive it to Florida - but now I can’t as I don’t have a spare.
