We are first time Mercedes-Benz purchasers. I couldn't have been happier with the deal. Our salesman Raymond, was very diligent, thorough and did everything that he promised to do for us. He also has followed up very well after the sale. We have always purchased General Motors products and I can tell you that there is a big difference in the way we have been treated so far at both Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis and Worldwide Motors. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! A few weeks ago my e350 had a key malfunction and I had to have my car towed home. I called Indianapolis mercedes dealership and the service manager told me I had to have the car towed there or they couldn't order the key. he claimed that it was mercedes policy... well I live in columbus so that would have been a hefty tow bill. I asked why they needed the car to be there since the key comes programed already and he tells me it's only half programed and they have to program it the rest of the w... read more
Best service I've ever received! I walked the lot and wasn't even bothered or followed around. I found a car I liked and was curious about the specs. I walked in and was greeted by a polite lady whine treated just as if I were in a suit and tie. (I was in my bum attire on my day off and fighting a cold) She gave me all of the details and showed me around the showroom and even drove me to the service building to show me a new special edition they just got in.
