My wife and I are extremely upset with our experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Houston. We purchased a Red 2017 Mercedes C63 S convertible. Less than a week after purchasing this vehicle, we noticed a loud thumping noise coming from under the car when pulling in and backing out of our driveway. I bought a Mercedes it’s been in the repair shop for three weeks now. I have not had the car 6 months. We want a FREE extended warranty as the car was sold to us with an issue. They told us we could PURCHASE an extended warranty. I asked to speak to the sales manager he was very rude and condescending.

Purchased vehicle at this dealership and they greatly inconvenienced me by not allowing me to wait til next day to empty trade in vehicle so sales person could get bonus. Then when I later notified sales person several times that I’d not received new plates and temporary was about to expire, he said he’d take care of but failed to do anything after multiple contacts, too busy selling cars. Buy elsewhere.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from M-B Houston North in the past year or so. My experience during both sales has been extremely excellent. The sales staff, including John, Vernon, and Ja Ja, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly . Was impressed that there was follow up calls after each sale. I took my vehicle in for regular service maintenance for oil change and a new tire, this is the first time I went to this Is the first time I went to this dealership my wait was about 3 half hours, my service advisor was Cameron he wasn’t to friendly. Soon after leaving the dealership my eco button started causing my vehicle to stall out. It wasn’t doing this before I took my vehicle to them and they was trying to charge me for a diagnostic I advised it’s something they did so I’m not paying for a diagnostic I ask for GM or ... read more

I've had positive experiences with the service department in the past but my recent experience buying a used Mercedes was less than stellar. First of all, the process was interminable as I spent hours sitting waiting for the salesman to return with a decision on my trade-in and also waiting for documents to sign. Then entire process took between 4-5 hours. This is not CarMax!
